I've been into HR industry for over 6 years now.
I only started as an HR Admin staff and was promoted after 6 months as HR Admin Supervisor. I am very familiar with all hr facets including:
1. End to end process of recruitment.
2. Timekeeping
3. Payroll (PH)
4. Employees Compensation and benefits (PH)
5. Employee relation and performance evaluation
