I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for both Voice and Non Voice (Chat and Email). I have been a part of this BPO industry eight (8) years with a financial background. Most of the accounts I have handled were banks such as Suntrust Bank, Credit One and Paypal. I was engaged with assisting customers with their complaints and questions about products and services, taking orders as sometimes having a role in Sales.
