I've been on the customer service industry for about 10 years now. I've gained a lot of experience and knowledge during those times. I can say I'm a hard worker however since I have a family already, hard work is never enough. So I decided to try working from home. Although I'm an outgoing type, I think working from home suits every father wanting to spend more time with family.
