I have 8 years experience working in the call center industry and 8 years as a Virtual Assistant. I have solid experience in customer support and Microsoft Office applications. I am confident in doing online research, data entry, and transcription. I can be easily trained to do ad-hoc tasks and assist in administrative business needs.
I would like to be able to assist new businesses in creating policies and processes. I have assisted my previous clients on some of these and I would like to develop this skill more in order to assist more new businesses in the future.
