My first job was a Technical Support Representative in one of the largest ISP in the US. In which i stayed for that same position for 4 years. My tasks as a tech rep was to receive incoming calls in diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, assisting members in setting up client emails, such as MS Outlook and MAC Mail, configuring modem/DSL routers, wireless/hardwired connection. Next was a Billing/Retention/Customer Service Representative for 3 years in a a well-known online email company in the US. A day in a life of the said role was to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and concerns, updating information with customers request, responsible in improving retention. Lastly, for a couple of months I was a Sales Representative/Publishing Consultant in one of the reputable publishing company in the US in which my responsibilities involving; Making outbound calls to authors who are in need of a publishing company that will be able to help them all the way to the publication process of their books.
