~My role~
-Recruitment: End-to end process of recruitment from sourcing up to onboarding of newly hires.
-Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts, manage new employee documentation, and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs.
-Timekeeping: Monitor employee attendance, verify timesheets, and ensure accurate tracking of work hours and leave balances for payroll purposes.
-Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries, manage enrollment for health, insurance, and retirement plans, and handle updates or changes to benefits.
-Store Operations Support: Collaborate with store management to ensure HR processes align with operational needs, including staff scheduling, compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns.
-Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment.
-Performance Tracking: Support performance review processes, assist with employee evaluations, and maintain records of staff achievements and areas for development.
-Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies, including proper documentation for recruitment, timekeeping, and benefits.
-Payroll Coordination: Assist with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation based on attendance and benefits updates.
-Store Staffing: Help manage staffing levels for stores by coordinating with managers to address gaps or surpluses in workforce allocation.
