I’m a CRM Support and Client Operations Assistant with a background in customer support and hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) systems.
I’ve handled phone, email, and chat support for U.S.-based accounts, including managing inbound inquiries, inboxes, booking coordination, and follow-ups. I’m comfortable working within structured workflows while maintaining accurate records and clear communication.
I also have experience supporting spa operations, where I handled bookings, client inquiries, and day-to-day coordination across in-person and messaging channels. This gave me a strong understanding of client flow, scheduling, and service-based operations.
In addition, I built a working GoHighLevel (GHL) system for a spa, covering booking, reminders, no-show follow-ups, and client tracking. I also implemented referral, loyalty, and review workflows to support repeat bookings and overall client experience.
