Most of my full-time work experience has been in the academe where I taught students and conducted trainings for faculty members on data analysis and research writing.
On the whole though and taking my freelance experience into account, I specialize in simplifying and/or streamlining the complicated. Some examples of this that I've done over the years are crafting workflows, manuals, and/or SOPs (i.e., taking puzzle pieces from different departments and putting them together into coherent workflows), collecting and analyzing data, then designing infographics to present results in a more aesthetically appealing manner, and teaching (i.e., turning textbooks into digestible material for the average college student).
ACADEME MILESTONES
• Crafted SOPs and compiled them into a university manual

• Re-designed WordPress website from scratch and added more animations, color, and visuals to make it more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate

• Setup new CRM (Zoho) from scratch and exported data from the old CRM, cleaned it, and imported it into the new one

• Created a personality test for another client and leveraged it in our hiring process (I have a license in testing and test administration)
• Setup our hiring and recruitment platform from scratch, including the hiring pipelines, application forms, and establishing the standards/processes we would use to filter applicants
