I am a graduate of BS in Information Technology and I have worked as a customer support specialist for a year and a half. After graduating college, customer support was the very first job that I had. Working as a customer support has been a great learning experience for me. Aside from the technical side of the job, I was also able to hone my communicating skills and gained confidence in talking.
I am a hard-working and efficient individual who is also responsible and versatile. I am very teachable and love learning new knowledge and skills. I am always open to challenges and love working with smart people.
