I have been working in the Customer Service industry for more than 7 years already. I've handled collections, billing, tech, escalations, and even sales for both voice and non-voice campaigns. I have an experience in processing refunds, answering tickets for general and shipment inquiries, product listing, order tracking, and also processing returns for an e-commerce campaign.
