Had an experience for the said role since 2016 since I worked for 2 different retail companies. My BPO experience started on 2019. As part of the job I am able to maximize my skills by speaking to different types of customers be it an irate or the kind one. I also learned how to send proper email to customers after the call. During the time handling Amazon account I was able to cater calls concerning about the missing package, refund and replacement requests, placing an order and even contacting the sellers.
