I have the skills needed on an online work setup, especially on computer skills such as technicalities on Word, PowerPoint, Excel and etc. I always reach the goal of a customer's experience towards customer service. I also deal with problems hard enough to create a solution to solve it. Furthermore, my technical writing skills are good especially on advertising. And also, I can work on CAD specifically SolidWorks, which I am proficient on using it.
