I have basic literacy in Microsoft Office, as a student I need to be knowledgeable in using these applications. I have a fair amount of experience in customer service for I have been a medical secretary for three years and a branch manager of a Tea Shop for 5 months. I am also knowledgeable in booking flights and lodges for guests for I have been designated to book my relatives' flights and hotel bookings whenever they come home to the Philippines (from overseas).
