My background spans the BPO industry, technical support, project management, business development, and technology-driven initiatives.
I co-founded and helped manage a local BPO company in General Santos City, where I gained extensive experience in operations management, client support, recruitment, workforce planning, process improvement, and team leadership. Working in a growing business taught me how to adapt to changing priorities, solve operational challenges, and deliver consistent results.
In recent years, I have expanded my experience into project management and technology. As the Technical Development Head of Avodah Philippines, I work on developing digital solutions, improving business processes, and supporting product development. I also lead project initiatives for the Bawing Indigenous People's Farmers Association (BIPFA), where I coordinate development projects, prepare funding proposals, work with government agencies, and help implement sustainable livelihood programs. In addition, I oversee and support the technical and operational systems of an online learning company.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Technical Support Representative for Dell and AT&T, assisting enterprise, government, and residential customers with hardware, software, networking, and internet connectivity issues.
