I’m an Associate Manager in Accenture’s Market Development & Innovation (MD&I) Oracle Practice, based in Metro Manila, Philippines. I hold concurrent responsibilities as Portfolio and Operations Lead for the MD&I accelerator portfolio, and I’ve served as Project Lead one of the Solutioning Tools in Oracle. My scope spans project management, financial governance, team leadership, HR and performance documentation, and technical enablement across five core Oracle accelerator tools.
My working style is defined by accuracy, traceability, and governance. I consistently favor audit-safe, responsible-AI-aligned deliverables, prefer grounded answers over speculation, and treat outputs as internal by default. I communicate in formal English for official work and Taglish in casual
contexts.My background spans HR management (Ayala Property Management Corporation, where I earned the 2022 Director’s Choice Award and delivered strong compliance and hiring outcomes), legal assistance, and junior audit, with over three years growing into my current role at Accenture. I hold a BS Commerce from Saint Paul School of Professional Studies and I’m pursuing an MBA at Cavite State University.
