I am a graduate of Business Economics from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, with extensive experience in business, finance, and sales related work.
After steering my career towards the BPO industry, I've worked as a customer support representative (Resolutions 2) in Airbnb for almost 3 years, consistently performing above average, prior to being promoted as a Training Officer.
On top of the awards I've received for excellent guidance and resolutions provided on both the Hosts and Guests I've assisted, I have also just recently been awarded the highest company award for an exemplary employee in Airbnb: The Vanguard Award.
Having handled the easiest to the most complex cases in the accommodations business, I am someone a team can rely on—both a team leader and a team player.
