I have over 15 years of experience working across various facets of human resources. Currently, I serve as the lead for talent acquisition, focusing primarily on social media marketing, job sourcing, recruitment, documentation, and reporting.
In addition to talent acquisition, I have hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, where I’ve helped organize monthly company activities. I’ve also been involved in Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Discipline, and Performance Management—allowing me to build a well-rounded HR background.
