I’m currently working at Lazada e-Logistics Philippines as Billing & Claims Analyst. My tasks are:
* Validate 3PL invoices in a timely and consistent manner and ensure effective utilization of the in-house system.* Primarily in charge of resolving disputed transactions and checking the completeness of supporting documents and application of updated rates.* Perform all billing and claims functions by designated deadlines and schedules.* Review all billing and claims clauses on the contract.* Beta Test (User Acceptance Testing) new system or features.* Maintain an effective filing system and archiving process.* Daily updates of monitoring, summaries, and weekly reporting to internal and external partners.* Bi-weekly recon with 3PL in regards to billing and claims updates and closing.* Full accounting of the current month's transactions for cost accrual recognition and further enforce strong internal controls for accounts payable and claimable related to all transactions.* Verify any rate discrepancies and return documents to Portfolio in charge for immediate editing to the system.* Responsible for claims validation and reconciliation such as lead time aging, 3PL wrong tagging, and API claims tagging.* Assess and analyze logistical processes within an operation and recommend adjustments for better efficiency.
