I've been working as an IT helpdesk for the past 4 years with my current employer.
My years of experience in the BPO industry gives me confident that I'll be pretty much eligible to apply here.
With the knowledge I have acquired which I can say mostly technical as i have started to be a technical support agent and now to being an IT helpdesk catering restaurants across United States. My knowledge in computer have gone from knowing basic computer programs down to working on SQL databases. and great motivation I can say I can be an asset of the company.
With the skills I have, I'm still willing to learn more. The nature of the business I've been working in for the past years mold me to become more flexible, knowledgeable, efficient and most specially dealing with things responsibly.
