I have been working as a customer service agent and a technical support agent for four and a half years. I have experience managing tickets and working continuously with the clients involved in a ticket on a daily basis until my handled tickets are resolved. I am also doing tasks where I review closed tickets (of myself and my colleagues) from the past days and check if there are any mistakes that can be worked on to fully resolve it or learn from so the same mistakes won't happen again. During idle time in work, I also spend my time reviewing any processes and learn something new that can greatly help the team in facing different issues. I also do work that might be out of my scope but it improves the efficiency in resolving a certain issue that I'm handling. I am a flexible person that can either work alone or work with a team. I can work independently and with the team. For the past year, I have been studying web development and worked with a client on developing websites using WordPress as the platform.
