I am currently working as a Senior Escalations Specialist at the Wells Fargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office since January 2022. We are assigned to resolve the most complicated complaints and make sure that the bank will be able to provide resolution or explanation to every customer's issues. We work as the backend of escalation.
I worked as an Account Specialist in JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, from June 2019 to May 2021. We handle customer account inquiries by phone, email and chat.
I worked in an online teaching company for almost 4 years. Teaching English as a Foreign Language is my passion. I am really grateful in helping my students to improve their skills and I feel so proud whenever a student achieve their goals in improving their English communication skills. Encouraging students is really challenging especially with my starters but it's all worth it when you see/hear them speak the English language very well.
I worked in a lot of companies before I ended up with teaching. I was a Training Assistant in MERALCO, the biggest electric provider in the Philippines. As a Training Assistant, developing learning interventions, drafting modules and presentations for our clients in MERALCO is my job. I was given an opportunity to handle a big project involving another electric company in Bhutan and It was a huge success. It was a Study tour for Bhutan Power Corporation Employees. I worked as an event coordinator and tour guide during the Study Tour. I was able to meet one of the big people in the MERALCO industry and it was really an overwhelming opportunity.
I also worked as a Quality Assurance/Training Specialist in a Turkish Online Tutorial company. As a Q.A. my job is to listen to calls of the teachers to make sure that they meet the company protocol. As a Training Specialist, my job was to orient and educate the newly hired employees for them to be qualified for a regular post.
