I hold a B.S. in Information Technology and bring hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, data entry, editing, and basic programming and networking tasks. Over the years, I’ve worked with leading BPO companies such as Sutherland Global Services, Concentrix, and SWAK BPO here in the Philippines.
In these roles, I’ve provided Tier 2 IT Help Desk support / Account Admin, handled customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat, and performed troubleshooting across various devices and platforms. I’ve supported high-profile U.S. accounts including Amazon, DoorDash, Qantas, and Inszone Insurance delivering technical solutions that resolved issues and improved user satisfaction.
I take pride in being part of a role where I can solve problems, assist users, and make technology easier for people to use. Working with diverse teams and customers with different accents and backgrounds has helped me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, even in fast-paced and challenging environments.
