I have diverse work experience in customer service, administrative support, and inventory management. As an Inventory Clerk at SM, I ensured accurate item counts and timely encoding of figures into the system. In my role as a Product Engineer Support, I was responsible for encoding test results with precision, while as a Control Assistant, I successfully handled multiple roles—including inventory clerk, cashier, and customer representative—demonstrating my ability to multitask effectively.
Most recently, I worked at Sutherland Philippines as a Member Service Consultant, where I assisted U.S.-based healthcare members with billing and enrollment inquiries. I also help them process their payment through online, IVR or over the phone if needed. I also help them work their reinstatement request so that they can have their health insurance again. I always put in mind that every issue raise by the member is valid, and they call for solution, and I need to help them solve their problem.
I also enjoy creating designs using Canva, which allows me to express creativity and develop visual communication skills. I am eager to undergo training, learn new skills, and apply my knowledge, creativity, and experience to contribute to the company’s success.
