Over the course of 5 years, I have held various IT positions such as I.T. Support, Operation Technician, Junior I.T.Network Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Helpdesk Analyst, and System Administrator for differentcompanies in the Philippines. My tasks included troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems,managing network and security, installing software/applications, managing databases, providing technical supportfor office equipment, remotely supporting facilities, configuring LAN, WAN, and VLANS, creating user accounts,and offering client assistance across multiple platforms. Additionally, I possess skills in project management,Microsoft Active Directory, network architecture and documentation, and prioritizing clients' SLA.
