With 5 years of experience in construction management. Handled design, estimates, and project management
of every mechanical trades of commercial and residential projects. From learning the simple design and installation of
direct expansion system, I have learned about the more complicated application like VRF system & chilled water system.
I also worked as an Estimator for an Australian client, focusing on mechanical service such as compressed air systems—
preparing drawings, accurate take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documentation aligned with Australian standards.
This role strengthened my understanding of international project requirements and broadened my technical and
commercial expertise in mechanical systems.
