I am currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist supporting hiring needs in the Philippines such as but not limited to Accounting & Finance, Analytics, Customer Service, Information Technology, and Engineering, profiles. I am using Oracle as our database and utilizing different job boards such as JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn as part of our sourcing strategies. I currently handle our Employee Referral Program as part of my project management.
