I'm a Product Support Engineer. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling Technical Calls and Emails, use of Phone / Virtual Calls, Email, CRM and Escalation Tools (Zendesk, JIRA, Tea-----------etings and Zoom), Submitting apps to Google Play and App Store, Data Entry, Product Research, and anything related to Customer/ Technical/ Email support.
I am also a Virtual Assistant. I can do Administrative tasks like Internet research, generating and organizing leads and have excellent English language comprehension.
I can also do a ?basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, MS Word and Excel and Google Calendar.
Additional skill is basic photos and videos editing with the use of Adobe Photoshop, MS Power Point and Windows Movie Maker.
