I help busy business owners stay organized by providing dependable administrative, marketing, and project support.
With over six years of experience in marketing operations, client management, and executive administrative support, I’ve managed busy inboxes with 20–50+ emails a day, coordinated 25+ meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prepared reports and presentations, maintained organized documentation, and worked closely with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
Whether it’s managing emails and calendars, organizing files, conducting research, creating Canva designs, handling social media tasks, or preparing business documents, I take pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and someone you can count on to get things done.
Tools I work with: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Filmora, InShot, Lightroom, Notion, -----------, Odoo HRIS, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude.
I am currently available part-time and can work during Australian, US, or UK business hours. I’m looking for a long-term opportunity where I can provide consistent support and grow alongside your business.
I believe great support is about more than checking off tasks. It’s about staying organized, communicating clearly, taking initiative, and making sure nothing important gets overlooked.
