Been working as a virtual assistant for over 11 years now and do different projects with several job titles and roles. I've been a Virtual Hotel manager in a UK-based hotel for 4 years where my main role was handling reservations, guests' concerns, and making sure the hotel rooms were ready before the guest arrives, by doing so I am responsible to handle the cleaners and agents based on the ground.
I've been a Head of Quality control Analyst in a Property Appraisal Company based in the US for 5 years. My Main role aside from handling the team is to make sure that we appraise the properties accurately within the aspects of the property details and property sketches. I also do basic sketching using AutoCad.
By doing those long-term jobs, I had part-time jobs as well where I did a variety of tasks such as; data entry, web research, lead generation, the personal assistant does it helping clients with their business schedules, etc.
