My previous experience was as a Reservations Associate intern at Acacia Hotels Manila, where I managed bookings through OTAs such as -----------, Expedia, Agoda, Hong Kong Tuyi, Traveloka, and Klook, as well as B2B bookings using the Opera system. Additionally, I also worked as a Recruitment Specialist for a healthcare voice account, back then, handling leads and sourcing candidates via phone calls, emails, and texts.
