Appraiser Assistant
Perform data entry for appraisal reports for multiple CRAs across different US states.(Colorado, Tennessee, Missouri)This includes appraisal forms such as 1004, 1004d,1 073, 1025 etc.Gather information regarding properties to be appraised using MLS
Job Title: Sourcing Assistant, Senior Purchasing Officer/Buying Specialist
As a Sourcing Assistant/Online Arbitrage: Responsible in looking for ongoing sales for items that meet all the sourcing criteria, search for additional discounts/coupons to lower down the buy price of the items and document everything with 100?curacy on our individual sheets.
As a Senior Purchasing Officer/Buying Specialist: Review all individual sheets of all sourcing assistants and determine which of their items/finds are of great value, sellable and great addition to our inventory. Order the items via each sourcing site, notate accurately on the buying sheet and track the orders accordingly; call/email for follow-up as necessary.
Job Title: Tenant Screener/ SME
As a tenent screener, we are asked to screen an applicant that is applying for a certain property which is listed by our property managers (our clients). Generally, we ask for their IDs,payslips or ITRs, check credit scores and criminal reports (with their permission). We also contact their landlords for reference. We communicate with the applicant via Email and phone with a response time of atleast 30 mins - 1 hour.
As the SME or Subject matter expert, I was tasked to over see the team of tenant screeners when my Team leader is out. Also as an SME, I am tasked to contact certain people (account managers, property managers) to solve and entertain their inquiries. Iam also tasked to develop methods to improve speed and accuracy of the team.
