I’ve been working as a virtual assistant for over four years, and for the past year, I’ve taken on a more focused role as an executive assistant supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners with the kind of behind-the-scenes help that keeps their days running smoothly.
I’m the kind of person who loves bringing order to chaos, whether it’s managing a packed inbox, organizing calendars across time zones, publishing blog content, or checking off those tasks that pile up quickly when you’re running a business. WHAT I DO:
* Executive + Admin Support: Email and calendar management, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, document prep, and general admin. I’ve got a good eye for the little things that make a big difference.
* Social Media Management (SMM): I help schedule posts, write captions, repurpose content, and keep things consistent across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky, and YouTube. I also engage with audiences and monitor performance to help grow your online presence.
* Content + Website Management: I help upload and format blog posts (mainly via WordPress), create basic graphics using Canva, and assist with social content when needed.
* SEO + Blog Writing: I have experience with on-page SEO and can create content using AI tools that’s aligned with your brand and audience.
* Team & Task Coordination: I’ve managed a team of writers/editors, handled payroll, assigned tasks, and made sure everyone had what they needed to meet deadlines.
* E-commerce + Customer Support: I have managed Shopify account and can help manage stores and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
* Recruitment + Personal Tasks: I’ve supported hiring processes from screening to scheduling, and I’m also happy to help with travel bookings, online purchases, and personal errands.
