With 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist, I maintained a 98% resolution rate handling both inquiries and complaints. While working as a CS, I was also assigned administrative assistant tasks. I was in charge of managing emails, taking minutes of meetings, scheduling transportation, communicating with various departments, requesting office supplies, and handling records management—including highly confidential information—for almost 1 year in a government agency here in the Philippines.
I later d----------- to pursue becoming a Social Media Manager and Admin Support, which is why I started managing my own Facebook page and Instagram for about 3 months now to gain hands-on experience. I know how to conduct cold market research to identify my target audience and create quality content that attracts leads. I have basic graphic design skills using Canva and basic video editing skills using CapCut. I also created my own website using Wix for basic funnels, automation, and to further practice my creativity.
