I began my career as a Healthcare Customer Service Associate, where I strengthened my communication skills, addressed sensitive patient concerns with empathy and ensured excellent service in line with healthcare standards. By God's grace, I was later promoted to a Supervisor. In this role, I managed and supported a team of associates by turning small milestones into long-term success through group and one-on-one coaching, daily call monitoring with timely, actionable feedback, and by maintaining a positive, solution-focused outlook during times of change and challenge.
