I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer and I have been working for Dole Philippines Inc as a junior project engineer. Recently, I was temporarily relocated to Sierra Leone as one of the project lead for Dole's new pineapple factory- SIERRA TROPICAL LTD, I was the one handling the planning and implementation of all utility equipment. As a project lead for utilities with minimal supervision and limited resources, I handle the purchasing, timeline updates, reporting of updates, and manpower sourcing.
