I've been working for almost 13years as Human Resource Assistant, my first work was in Toyworld International Inc . ( Toy Kingdom ) ,which is affiliated of SM Corporation..I was handling timekeeping and payroll of employees designated on specific stores that caters at the mall and other outlet. I was monitoring tardiness and punctuality of employees in head office and in all stores. I was preparing certificate and separation pay of resigned employees. On my second work was in Landers Superstores , I was a pioneering hr assistant in Balintawak branch. I was handling recruitment and compensation and benefits. I was interviewing different applicants for different positions, I was also the one to do the orientation and endorsement to their different designation. I was preparing timekeeping for payroll and preparing cash salary. Since it's a starting up store ,I was also responsible to go to the bank personally to process the cash salary for pay out. My
third and current work
is in Doxo Ingredients Inc. as HR Assistant, Im designated in Compensation and Benefits Section, my role are more on timekeeping, payroll and benefits of employees. I'm handling timekeeping and payroll for stores and plant based workers. I'm generating biometric logs thru the use of company system. After that payroll computation of worked hours and overtime. Then monthly monitoring of government mandatory benefits which are the sss Pag ibig contribution and loans of all employees. I' m also handling u tility workers under agency and security guards from different security agencies. I'm also monitoring their salaries and government remittances. I'm also preparing certificate and clearance for resigned workers. As my HR profession experience getting wider I'm still willing to take opportunity for other task and knowledge I may acquire. I'm still willing to take chances for career growth.
