I am an acting Team Leader who is assisting the agents with their daily tasks. Aside from that, I am also answering billing inquiries for both external and ----------- is done either via email or video meetings. I am also doing a refund calculations, refund submissions, applying credit memos against the open invoices, reviewing an invoice disputes, doing manual invoices and re-bills. We're also updating customer's credit card, taking the payments and making sure that all invoices were sent in a timely manner in order to avoid payment delays and billing disputes.
