I have nearly six years of experience supporting clients globally, with much of my background centered on operations, team leadership, and business support. Throughout my career, I have consistently been trusted with leadership responsibilities because I always treat the businesses I work with as if they were my own. In my most recent role, I served as an Operations Manager, where I was responsible for overseeing workflows, supporting teams, improving processes, and helping ensure that day-to-day operations ran smoothly. I also completed an Operations Management course to further strengthen my leadership and organizational skills.
Most of my career has been in the healthcare industry, which has given me a strong sense of purpose in the work I do. Although my academic background may be different, healthcare became an industry I truly connected with because it allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of participants, patients, and clients. It taught me the importance of empathy, attention to detail, urgency, and genuine care.
In addition to healthcare, I have also gained experience in real estate, e-commerce, retail, and warehouse operations. Working across different industries has made me highly adaptable, resourceful, and quick to learn. I enjoy stepping into new environments, understanding how things work, and finding ways to improve systems and lighten the workload for the people I support.
As someone who has also been an athlete for most of my life, I bring discipline, resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic into everything I do. I am naturally competitive in a healthy way, which means I always push myself to do better, learn more, and deliver quality results.
