I am a multimedia designer and digital artist with a background in marketing, logistics, social media management, website design, content creation, virtual assistance, customer service, and administrative work.
I worked as a marketing assistant and logistics tracker for a logistics company. My responsibilities included assisting in making marketing strategies, creating and designing various marketing materials for our team (i.e. presentations, posters, flyers, social media ads) and handling the tracking of parcels and shipments daily. At that same company, I also worked as the secretary of the CEO. I was tasked of handling the company's assets and multiple company and personal properties.
I also worked as a CSR for iQor, tasked with upselling the company's ongoing promotions and assisting our customers with their concerns. I have experience with social media management and content creation for I managed my family's different businesses by handling their social media pages. I created their pages, logos and other marketing materials to establish their presence online. I designed and crafted images, videos and other content to catch the eye of our target audience. Also, I responded to their inquiries and interactions with our social media pages.
At my last employment, I worked as a Creative Marketing Manager for a marketing and outsourcing agency for a year. This role required me to handle various tasks and responsibilities. Aside from being the lead designer of the design team, I'm also handled 10 people in my team. I was solely responsible for designing and optimizing websites from scratch using Figma and generating design content for different clients. I was handling UI/UX Design as well, making sure the websites I made are user friendly and interactive. My design work includes creation of company profiles, letterheads, business cards, infographics, posters, billboard designs, reels, videos, and social media content. I trained and guided my team on every process in the department.
I am proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Canva, and Figma. I'm a fast-learner, organized, detail-oriented, dependable and hardworking. I work well with others and I am confident I can fulfill my duties to your satisfaction.
