I am currently working as a Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist and my tasks include identifying potential candidates for the open job postings (therapists and psychologists) through Indeed and LinkedIn, sending templatized communications to get the qualified candidates schedule first round interviews, tracking responses and transferring candidates to the Application Tracking System - Greenhouse, and supporting other clinical-related workflows. I also worked as a Senior Client Specialist under a US healthcare account wherein handled different line of businesses which includes provider enrollment verification, provider credentialing services, enrollment claims, claim denials, claim rejections, and such. I have strong knowledge and understanding in using Athenanet EMR. Through my work experience, I have gained a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including its operational and regulatory frameworks that also enhanced my team coordination skills, interpersonal abilities, and work etiquette.
