Hi! I’m a banking professional with experience in credit evaluation, documentation review, customer verification, and risk assessment across credit card and personal loan operations.
Alongside my banking experience, I completed the Innovation Bootcamp and Agile Fundamentals programs under National University of Singapore (NUS ISS), where I gained exposure to Agile ways of working, innovation methodologies, customer-focused problem solving, collaboration, and process improvement.
I enjoy identifying opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and support efficient customer and business outcomes. I’m currently open to remote opportunities where I can contribute my experience in banking operations, credit processes, and innovation-driven execution.
