Few months after I internally got hired as Client Services Coordinator.
For 2 years, I've been taking inbound and outbound calls from customer. Addressing concerns about listing a product in an online marketplace. I'm also trained in doing email and chat as well, been taking 3 chats at once. Navigation of a computer is very easy for me, I also have a basic knowlegde for Microsoft. I can also multi-task and work under pressure without affecting the quality of the job.
