• Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service
• Upbeat, outgoing, motivated persons, with the entrepreneurial spirit needed.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries and complaints.
Creatives -
• I have basic knowledge in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom application to edit photos and videos. Before I used to work as my side hustle with my friend for 7 months on her trading business and she assigned me to do collaterals and promotions to post the products on Facebook.
• I also know how to use MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
Teamwork -
• I've been working with different teams whether in Church or at work. Wherein as a tea-----------mber, I understand my role within the team and work well with them to achieve our duties to the best of my knowledge and ability.
I am a hardworking person because I have joggled in work, side hustle, and ministry in Church. I can work under pressure with quality. I am also flexible because I can easily adapt to any changes in different circumstances and I am also willing because I still don't know a lot of things and I am a work in progress. So I want
the process of learning new things. And in fact, anyone can be talented and capable of doing a lot of things but not everyone can be available and willing.
