Assist with immigration case administration by organizing supporting documents, monitoring deadlines and case-related tasks, communicating with clients, and coordinating with the attorney to ensure information and documents are complete and properly organized.
Handle client communication through professional emails, phone calls, and follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Also manage the law firm’s social media accounts, handling the process from researching relevant immigration topics and developing content ideas to creating graphics and posts in Canva, writing captions, preparing educational and informational content, scheduling, and publishing posts. Monitor social media performance and engagement and help develop content based on current immigration news, trends, and audience interests.
Create and manage the firm’s email newsletters, including researching relevant immigration topics and updates, developing newsletter content, preparing the layout and graphics, proofreading, and scheduling/distributing newsletters to clients and subscribers.
