As an Industrial Engineering graduate and an experienced Virtual Assistant, I aim to strive for efficiency and quality.

- Video Editing (Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve)
- Customer support in Amazon Seller Central (answering emails, giving refunds and sending replacements)
- Check Product Reviews in Amazon (commenting on bad reviews for example)
- Check Seller Feedback in Amazon (identify which feedback can be converted to a product review and email the customer about it)
- Check Refunds (emailing customers who asked for a refund and asking for the reason)
- Check Questions/comments on products (answering possible questions that customers may post on our products’ amazon pages)
- Product Researcher
- Posting Products into Stores
