1. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
2. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and Solving client problems
3. Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions
4. Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
5. Managing and interpreting customer requirements
6. Analysing costs and sales
7. Meeting regular sales targets

9. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Engineering Supervisor :
1. Assigned to new model development
2. Electrical and optical characteristics evaluations and testing
3. New model product assembly, testing and improvement
4. Product reliability testing through environmental condition simulation
5. Generation of production and engineering yield improvement activities
6. Failure cost improvement and reduction by value engineering
7. Handles and supervises engineer and technician for engineering group
8. Generates documents for technical and operational references
9. Maintenance and control of product quality through Statistical Process Control
