I am a graduating student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila, with an aspiration to gain valuable experience and establish a career in freelancing. Having worked as a Customer Service Associate, I have honed my communication and writing skills in Filipino and English. Additionally, the experience taught me how to manage my time efficiently, quickly adapt to new learnings, and work under pressure.
As an IT student, I possess basic knowledge of programming and design. In terms of design, I am proficient in using Canva and Figma, while in coding, I am skilled in HTML, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS frameworks. Additionally, I am familiar with the Python Django framework for backend development.
