I have been working with a well-known Australian Telco and an American bank in both Voice and Non-voice(Chat) platforms, and I am very fluent in English, in both writing and speaking the language, I also understand Australian jargon/lingo, and am able to respond naturally. I am also a seasoned Online worker as a Virtual Assistant for various clients ranging from Real Estate, Fashion, E-commerce, and Tech companies, doing Executive and Administrative tasks, Online Marketing, and Influencer outreach.
