o Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Data Entry using CRM PROD (Customer Relationship Management)
o Basic knowledge in Power BI, Quickbook, Bookkeeping.

o Knowledgeable on freight terms (prepaid/collect) and systems; like Freight Management System (FMS), Tango, MODS, Kewill and Freight Pac.

o Able to process data entry (consignment) in the system.
o Able to process and create shipments (consol/co-load) in the system.
o Able to track and trace vessel or cargoes status.
o With knowledge of processing Accounts Receivables in Oracle.
o Ability to multi-task effectively and be a back-up for the team.
