Hi, my name is -----------. I'm 27 years old and I’m from Negros Oriental Philippines. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management.
I’ve built valuable experience working as a Customer Service Representative where I assisted customers through phone. I handled concerns, inquiries, processed requests, and ensured that each customer had a smooth and positive experience. This taught me how to remain calm under pressure, listen actively, and provide clear, solution-oriented responses.
I also worked as a Market Research Interviewer, where I conducted surveys and interviews over the phone. I gathered accurate and detailed insights from different demographics, which required me to follow scripts, probe effectively, and maintain professionalism throughout. It sharpened my ability to connect with people quickly and gather reliable data.
Then, as a Voice Process Executive, I supported voice-based campaigns, which involved both inbound and outbound calls. This role helped me the ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and consistency.
I am very jolly, I am very cheerful, I can easily work with other people, I can adapt to new things and eager to learn new things. When I do find a little me-time, I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, or simply relaxing with a good cup of coffee. I’m also big on self-development and always looking to learn something new whether it's a new skill, a new recipe, or just a new perspective.
